superb hospitality awesome service wonderful service
kathleen grace at check-in showed superb hospitality! the staff at l3 restaurant also provided awesome service. hazliq, siti, and amanda gave us wonderful service too. i appreciated the hotel prepping some stuff for my anniversary, what a surprise!

the breakfast had a great spread with beyond expectation taste and variety. the special kids' buffet was a good touch, thoughtfully curated. i would highly recommend trying the breakfast during your stay, it is delicious!

lackluster experience. average stay at best
poor food quality rude staff
The breakfast was not great. it emphasized quantity, not quality. A real letdown. the air conditioning was excessive everywhere. it was impossible to stay indoors comfortably! the minibar was empty, and the pool bar was disappointing. prices were high. the food quality was poor, and half the drinks on the menu were unavailable. some staff exhibited rude behavior.

I adored the beach access. It was so convenient. the breakfast buffet offered an enormous variety of options!!! the staff was helpful. They always had a smile.
